Note: To determine teams 13-16, a sliding scale will be used for the CTRS points earned in the three year period. Also, teams will be allowed to count their best 8 events (men); 6 events (women) per season. (Points for playdowns in any given year will count as 1 event only.) The value of CTRS points on of May 1, 2009 will be as follows:
2006-2007 season - 70% of original value
2007-2008 season - 85% of original value
2008-2009 season - 100% of original value
* Worlds will count as one of '3 of 9' in event a national champion can't attend the Canada Cup.
