CurlTV.com utilizes Moneris Solutions Corporation for payment processing, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service.

You agree that payment for services provided by the merchant you are purchasing from can be processed and collected by STATUSfirm-CurlTV Payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Debit.
By agreeing to these terms and services, you authorize STATUSfirm-CurlTV to complete the transaction on your behalf. You will be billed based on the price plan that you have selected at time of purchase. Depending on the payment plan you selected your subscription may renew automatically until cancelled. Convenience charges may apply, and will be presented to you at signup. You authorize STATUSfirm-CurlTV to collect these convenience charges.

Moneris Solutions Corporation is an Internet payment processor and does not control material being offered by STATUSfirm-CurlTV. This includes graphics, videos, audio, text, external links, search results, software, and any other content, electronic or physical.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old, and the viewing of adult materials is legal at the point of purchase.

Service Description

STATUSfirm-CurlTV will process payment and provide access to the site for which services are being purchased.

Billing

CurlTV will appear on your credit card statement. STATUSfirm-CurlTV may also provide additional information on your statement dependant on credit card association.

Subscription Payments and Fees

Subscribers are responsible for subscription fees that are defined on the site the subscription is purchased at. Subscribers must be over the age of 18 to purchase a subscription, and the viewing of adult materials must be legal at your point of purchase. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Debit.
If a trial subscription is purchased, you will be billed the full subscription amount if you choose not to cancel your subscription in the allotted time given. Subscribers are responsible for terminating a subscription, and will remain active until done so. An electronic receipt will be issued after purchase.
If a regular subscription is purchased, you will be billed the full subscription amount at the time of purchase. Note that you may be continued to be billed based on the terms of the site (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or another period based on the payment plans defined by your purchase), until you choose to cancel.
Subscriptions may not be transferred to any other individual, and the same subscription may not be used concurrently in two or more separate locations. User must be over the age of 18 to access the subscription.
In case of change in billing information, you must log into CurlTV and update your billing information to reflect your current and accurate billing information. The following changes must be updated promptly: Change of address, Change of name, Change of e-mail, Credit card expiration.
You must report unauthorized/stolen/compromised access to CurlTV. In case of lost password or login detail, you must contact us in order to be issued a new one.

Refunds

If a refund is requested it will be reviewed by a STATUSfirm-CurlTV customer support representative as well as our fraud department. STATUSfirm-CurlTV has the sole rights to issue refunds.
By accepting these terms, you agree not to dispute authorized charges that were incurred by you while subscribing to a site that implements STATUSfirm-CurlTV's billing services. All claims of unauthorized uses will be investigated by our fraud department.

Warranties

All services are provided 'As-is' with no implied or expressed warranty.

Limitation of Liability

If any verbiage in this document is deemed invalid by a court of law, it shall not invalidate the remainder of the agreement. By entering into this agreement you acknowledge that with any internet service, there are many factors outside of the control of STATUSfirm-CurlTV. Therefore, you agree to not hold STATUSfirm-CurlTV accountable for interruptions in service beyond the control of STATUSfirm-CurlTV Furthermore, if any lawsuit is filed against STATUSfirm-CurlTV, STATUSfirm-CurlTV is not liable for attorney's fees or damages greater than amounts collected by STATUSfirm-CurlTV.

Notices

Changes to terms of service will be posted at this URL. STATUSfirm-CurlTV reserves the right to change terms of service at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review the terms of service to ensure that you are compliant
