Chelyabinsk, Russia_Canada's Colleen Pinkney celebrated her 53rd birthday with a lopsided win over the home country team at the world senior curling championships.
The skip from Nova Scotia, improved her record to 4-0 with a couple of victories on Tuesday. First she beat Japan 7-4 then the team destroyed the host Russians 14-0.
It was also a good day for men's skip Bruce Delaney, who improved to 3-0 with a 6-5 victory over Sweden.
The team from Ottawa scored three in the fifth end on their way to the victory.
