Team Moore is very excited to be starting off the 2007-2008 season as a brand new team. Heather and Kristie have played many times in the past and have succeeded together winning the World Junior Championship and participating in the Scott Tournament of Hearts previously together. They are new to playing back end and are looking forward to this new combination. Kristie will be calling the shots at skip and Heather will be throwing the last rock. Rounding out the team are Beth Iskiw at second and Pam Appelman at lead. Beth is returning to curling after taking a year off to have her first baby and Pam is joining from another team. The common thread that brought all four together was to become a top team in Alberta and Canada.
Their bonspiel schedule will see the team competing across Canada as they work toward qualification for the 2009 Olympic Trials. After that the team's playdown schedule begins with the goal of becoming Alberta champions to compete at the 2008 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Regina, SK.
